These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Aether Compounds website and the purchase of research materials. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Research Use Only Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and capable of entering a binding contract. You represent that you are a qualified researcher or acting for a legitimate laboratory or research institution.
2. Research Use Only
All products are sold For Research Use Only and are not for human consumption. See the RUO Policy for full disclaimers. Breach of RUO restrictions is grounds for order cancellation and account restriction.
3. Orders & pricing
Listed prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse orders at our discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm the order or route it to fulfillment.
4. Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by Aether Compounds or authorized fulfillment partners (including dropship partners such as PeptideDropship when configured). Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Returns
Because products are controlled research materials, returns are limited. Contact support within five (5) business days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or COA-mismatched shipments. Opened vials are generally non-returnable except where required by law or verified quality failure.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate institutional and shipping information.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Aether Compounds or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse materials except for legitimate internal research purchasing records.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law. Analytical documents describe tested attributes under stated methods only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether Compounds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from site use or product purchase. Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aether Compounds from claims arising out of your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
